Common Questions
What file formats do you accept?
We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) for the sharpest output. We also accept high-resolution JPG and PNG files at 300 DPI or higher at final print size.
How large can you print?
We can print up to 10 feet wide at full resolution, and larger for banners where viewing distance allows. Contact us for oversized projects.
How quickly can you turn around an order?
Standard turnaround is 2–3 business days after proof approval. Same-day and next-day rush options are available for most products.
Do you offer installation?
We offer installation for window graphics and some exterior signage in the Metro Detroit area. Ask us when you request your quote.
